Yo yo yo, hello everyone and welcome back to the site. It’s been a little bit, so let’s try and get caught up on our playlists, shall we? Episode 55 brought a playlist imported straight from the Motherland, glorious Japan. I grew up playing these music-rhythm games, released ages before even the idea of Guitar Hero or Rock Band were conceived. As usual, Japan was ahead of the curve. There’s some kickass rock-centric tracks, as you may expect, but also plenty of more unexpected tracks you wouldn’t think you’d find on such an industrial-y looking game (see tracks by Dormir, Anettai Maji-SKA Bakudan, and Wannyan Panic).
