After this week’s episode, I have been THOROUGHLY taken down. Whoo nelly, some of the crashes in this game are nothing short of insanity. So many moments where you stare at your car in slow-motion nailing a center divider, a wall, another car, or just taking a ramp at a weird angle and flipping upside-down… and yet it feels so satisfying each and every time. I had a blast playing this classic racing game from a decade ago that I never got the chance to pick up, and the soundtrack was pretty fun too. Hopefully you enjoyed the pop-punk and other smatterings of various genres included in the licensed tracks for this one.
